We generally do not offer refunds once we start working on your order. To avoid issues, please double-check all details before confirming your order, such as:

  • Spelling
  • Thread colors
  • Design sizes

We recommend running a sample stitch before starting full production. We are not responsible for any damage to your garments or products. Refunds will only cover the amount charged for our services.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered if we make a clear mistake, like delivering a final product that does not match the approved design or specifications.
